There’s nothing fancy about the building, there’s no doorman, gym, or parking, but it has a great location just a few blocks off the square and about a block from the 23rd St. bridge that lands you in University City. There’s a relatively high turnover in the building as it tends to be a purchase for young professionals starting out, or students who are in Philly for only a few years.
