Located on the Delaware River near the Ben Franklin Bridge and Old City, Pier 3 Condos was originally built as a working pier in the 1920s. It was then converted to apartments, and ultimately converted to condos. Most of the units in the building have balconies. The balconies on the external units face the river and have stunning views, and the balconies on the internal units face the giant atrium located in the building, which also provide some pretty cool views. There are common outdoor decks on the eastern and southern sides that are great for relaxing along the river and provide spectacular views of the 4th of July and NYE fireworks. The building has a 24-hour concierge, an on-site parking garage, a heated indoor lap pool, and an updated fitness center. Part of the appeal here, is your separate from the hustle and bustle of Center City, but you’re only steps away when you want to take advantage of it. Pier 3 is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
