Le Grenier Condos, a 7-story condo building in the Washington Square West neighborhood, sits on the corner of 11th and Spruce Streets and is home to a total of 19 condos. This is an elevator building with no doorman or parking. These condos are pet friendly and the building has a very elegant lobby. Le Grenier is a sleek, contemporary building with lots of glass windows and great exposure to natural light. The building was intended to house condominiums as it was newly constructed from the ground up in the early 2000s. Some of the units on the higher floors have some pretty cool views, and the condos were completed with high end finishes, including: hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and marble bathrooms.
