ABOUT Beaux Arts Lofts

1238 Callowhill St.
Philadelphia, PA 19123

The Beaux Arts Lofts Condominiums are home to 64 condos that span across 8 floors in Philadelphia’s Loft District. A former manufacturing building and listed on the Register of National Historic Places, the Beaux Arts building was constructed in 1909 and still possess lots of its old world charm. Like most lofts in Philadelphia, these condos feature exposed brick, large windows, exposed ductwork, wooden beams, wooden floors, high ceilings, and open layouts. The building was converted to condos in 1995 and has the bragging rights of the first residential living space in this old industrial neighborhood. Due to the date of conversion, it’s not unheard of to find units that haven’t had much updating in recent years. However, you can also find condos that are completely renovated. There is a communal roof deck with panoramic views of the city and skyline. There is no parking, doorman, or fitness center. The building is pet friendly.
