Located across from the famous Philadelphia Museum of Art, 2601 Parkway Condos features a restored marble lobby and pretty incredible views of both the Art Museum and skyline. The amenities include: 24-hour doorman and concierge service, maintenance services, a fitness center, a free shuttle service that delivers you to Center City, bicycle storage, and a community room for residents only. Running, walking, and biking the Schuylkill River Trail is one of Philly’s favorite forms of exercise, and this building provides super easy access as it’s just a block or two away. There’s usually a fair amount of inventory in the building listed for sale, but that’s partially due to there being almost 500 units. It’s a bit of a student/young professional building, which the prices reflect and that explains the semi-high turnover.
