Tim grew up in Chester County and has lived, worked, and owned real estate in Philadelphia since graduating with a Business Degree from Penn State University in 2006. He has experience negotiating leases and managing properties, and he understands the needs of modern-day home buyers and sellers in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Tim brings his knowledge and enthusiasm for Philadelphia real estate to the Copper Hill team.
