Tim has been working in real estate offices within different capacities since he was 12 years old. Upon graduating from Duquesne University in 2010, Tim promptly obtained his real estate license and began his selling career in Bucks County. Tim eventually moved into the Philadelphia market by joining and building out the sales team for a large Philadelphia urban developer, selling over 400+ new construction homes over a 4 year period. After 6 years learning the ins and outs of new construction and sales, Tim opted to go out on his own and focus on cultivating small developers looking to grow within Philadelphia. Tim is on the board of the non-profit, Sean’s Helping Hands, which focuses on supporting the physical and mental health of families and the youth in urban neighborhoods of Philadelphia.
