Nick was born and raised in South Philadelphia and has lived in the city his whole life, giving him an intimate, firsthand knowledge of its diverse and eclectic neighborhoods. Over the years he has seen the city change in new and unexpected ways and is excited to be a part of its burgeoning growth. For eighteen years he worked as a project manager for an engineering firm, excelling at building close relationships with clients – nurturing their needs throughout the demanding process of new commercial construction. Throughout his career he developed a strong eye for space, planning, and design, eventually leading him to pursue his true passion: real estate.
