Kaitlyn Sutton is an award-winning marketer who has lived in Philadelphia since 2010. She developed an interest in real estate in 2017 when she decided to purchase her first home in the Manayunk section of the city. Kaitlyn understands that each neighborhood in Philadelphia is unique and she prides herself on using her market knowledge to help her clients find the perfect home for their needs. Her strong attention to detail and active listening skills allow her to provide a very personal and thorough experience for her clients. In her spare time, Kaitlyn sits as a Director-At-Large for the Temple University Alumni Association and runs an Instagram account dedicated to all things Manayunk.
