Dennis Britto is the founder of The Britto Group (TBG), which is a real estate team that has produced a high volume of home sales in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs over the last several years. TBG also serves as an independent insurance agency that sells home, auto, commercial, and life insurance products. For the last 15 years, Dennis Britto and his trusted team at TBG have been a fixture in the local Rhawnhurst community and have hosted many charitable events to benefit Autism Speaks, National Brain Tumor Society, and CHASA, to name a few. TBG has also sponsored several local athletic teams and is always looking to make a difference in the community. What is your favorite Philly neighborhood, and why?
Pine Valley is my favorite neighborhood in Philadelphia because it gives you the feel of the suburbs with benefits of city living. It’s only a 30 minute drive to Center City and also has quick access to both Bucks and Montgomery Counties. The neighborhood is safe and the elementary schools are also very good.
What is your favorite local restaurant, and why?
Three Monkeys by the train station is my favorite neighborhood grub spot because they have very good food and a great atmosphere with a hip outdoor seating area. It has the feel of a Center City restaurant but is located in Northeast Philly. The Italian roast pork sandwich is the best around!!
What differentiates you as an agent?
Experience, a passion to help others and my knowledge of construction can really help my clients to make sound decisions when purchasing or selling real estate. I’m also implement many different marketing strategies to get the most exposure for all of my clients.
