Chris Dewey, a resident of the Graduate Hospital neighborhood in Philadelphia, has an extensive background in sales, development, and investment. Chris graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. Prior to joining Copper Hill, he managed the acquisitions and underwriting for one of Philadelphia’s largest developers from 2016-2019 overseeing a team that purchased 50+ million in real estate over 1800 units within Philadelphia’s hottest neighborhoods. Chris brings passion, integrity, and overall market knowledge to provide the highest level of customer service for his clients.
