The Dorchester Condos is located on the Southwest corner of Rittenhouse Square and has one of the coolest rooftop pools (located on the 32nd floor) in the city overlooking the square with 360 degree panoramic views of the city. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Besides the unbeatable location, the building offers plenty of amenities. For all of you cyclists, there’s a bike storage room in the private garage which is accessible from the lobby. There is both a doorman and front desk security. The front desk handles all guests and phone calls. The doorman is happy to assist with luggage, groceries, and/or anything else needed to be loaded or unloaded.
