He graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Architectural Engineering and minored in Construction Management. Andrew is on the Board of Directors for the Fairmount Community Development Corporation and member of the Young Professionals Network for Suburban West Realtors Association.
Ryan Garrity is Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Copper Hill Real Estate. Ryan is completely aware that his clients are his lifeline, and therefore prides himself on communication, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. Ensuring their success is what ensures his. According to the National Association of Realtors, the average age of a real estate agent is 57 years old. As a result, Ryan has adopted the new school approach, a fresh outlook, and understands the importance of technology and the marketing advantages it provides.
Ian prides himself on honesty, consistent communication, setting clear expectations, and superb customer service. With years of experience in both customer relations and management, he understands the importance of cultivating strong relationships with his clients to meet their goals. Ian is a homeowner in South Philadelphia's East Passyunk neighborhood and a member of the East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association. He has been living in the Greater Philadelphia area for a number of years and has extensive knowledge of its different neighborhoods, with a focus on South Philadelphia.
Steve attended Ohio University where he majored in English and Business. After graduating, he focused his efforts on creative marketing and sales. His marketing career provided him the opportunity to travel and gain a better understanding of the business world on a national level. Steve is a very outgoing person and understands the needs of his clients on both a personal and professional level.
Kim has years of experience in retail sales and marketing for luxury brands in the Greater Philadelphia area. She has proven leadership skills in sales through personal excellence in both customer service and account management. Kim has been a Doylestown resident for more than 20 years where she and her husband raised their three children, and have enjoyed a Bucks County community rich in recreational and cultural activities. As a student of fine arts and years of experience in visual merchandising, her artistry in color and design inspire her passion for interior design and home accessorizing, lending a competitive edge to the housing market.
Tim grew up in Chester County and has lived, worked, and owned real estate in Philadelphia since graduating with a Business Degree from Penn State University in 2006. He has experience negotiating leases and managing properties, and he understands the needs of modern day home buyers and sellers in today’s fast paced, technology driven environment. John is a lifelong resident of Greater Philadelphia. While born in the city, he and his wife chose Abington, PA to raise their family, and remain there today. Raffaellina fell in love with the city of Philadelphia back in 2011 when her now Fiance introduced her to its charming neighborhoods. With over 5 years of experience in rehabs, renovations, and new builds, she has mastered competitive negotiating skills and has a keen eye for home design to sell.
After graduating from Penn State University in 2006, Cole moved to Philadelphia where he earned his master's degree at Drexel. Always having an affinity for real estate, he pursued his license after owning a home and rental property in the Philadelphia region for several years. Cole understands the exciting demand in the market and has experience in the roles of both buyer and seller.
