Old Shoe Factory Lofts

ABOUT Old Shoe Factory Lofts

314 N. 12th St.
Philadelphia, PA 19107

Similar to the rest of the condo buildings in Philadelphia’s Loft District, the Old Shoe Factory Lofts was once an industrial building (a shoe factory) converted into condominium living. And as the name of the neighborhood suggests, these condos are loft-style. They feature exposed brick, exposed ductwork, high ceilings, large windows, lots of wood work, open layouts, and industrial finishes. Not all units have skyline views, but the ones that do are unobstructed through the unit’s enormous wall of windows providing spectacular views of Philly’s most recognizable skyscrapers. The majority of the units are flats, but there some bi-level options available. The Old Shoe Factory Lofts building mainly houses one and two bedroom floor plans with a few studios sprinkled in. There is no parking, doorman, or fitness center. The building is pet friendly.
