2200 Arch Street Condos

ABOUT 2200 Arch Street Condos

2200 Arch St.
Philadelphia, PA 19103

Once the Philadelphia Daily News Building, 2200 Arch Street Condos was converted to condos after the building sat vacant for many years (I believe it was close to 12 yrs). Now a beautiful condo conversion, the building was finished as modern, industrial lofts featuring concrete columns and exposed ductwork. When the building was being developed, the original purchasers had the choice between dark or light hardwood flooring and either dark slate or white marble bathrooms (units with 2 bathrooms got one of each). The units at 2200 Arch Street Condos also feature very large windows, dark granite counters, stainless steel appliances, extremely high ceilings, and some units even have balconies. There is a 24-hour doorman, an attached garage with deeded parking, and a fitness center on the lobby level. The elevator enclosure is glass, so in addition to the views each individual condo offers, the elevator ride also provides some pretty spectacular views. There are one, two, and three bedroom units and both bi-level and flat floor plans are available. The bi-level penthouses on the 12th floor have really large roof decks with a hot tub, as well as, grill and television hookups. Definitely a very cool building, otherwise I wouldn’t have lived here for over 2 years.
